You must pass our certification test before selling HOA. We ask you to do this to:
- Ensure that you present the loan properly to clients and prospects.
- Set you apart from non-certified agents.
Maximize your ability to successfully and accurately sell this loan. Certification can easily
double or triple your sales potential and only takes minutes. Plus, you'll automatically
receive regular sales tips and techniques, info on upcoming sales roundtables and
training sessions, and new marketing materials and tools as they become available!
- Fill out the required fields when prompted to register yourself as a user in our CMG Learning Portal.
- View the HOA Certification training video.
- Once you have viewed the complete video, you will receive email instructions within 24-48 hours with your login information and private link to the HOA Certification test.
- Once you have viewed the HOA Online Certification video and completed the registration process, you will receive login information for the HOA Certification Test
