Once you've received your GMAC Mortgage Welcome Letter, you will need to register using the primary borrower's Social Security Number (SSN). Your account number (starts with "8"), you can register at GMAC Mortgage to view your loan details and mortgage statements.

Look for the light blue box that says "Manage My Account" and click on "Not Registered".

You will be asked to answer a series of questions. Once you submit this information an email will be sent to you with an "access" code to use to log into your GMAC Mortgage account for the first time.
